Azerbaijan's FM: OSCE region faces instabilty

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said that the OSCE region is currently facing an unstable situation.

Axar.az informs, citing Repоrt, that Bayramov made the remarks during a briefing in Baku with Swiss Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ignazio Cassis.

He said that in such circumstances, active cooperation between the OSCE and its member states is essential.

"As the Republic of Azerbaijan, we express our commitment to all these principles," Bayramov said.

The foreign minister also noted that Switzerland's priorities during its OSCE chairmanship are broad, including energy and digital security.

"We believe that all of these are important for improving people's well-being, and we express our support for these efforts," Bayramov added.
