Armenia violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan

Armenian armed units violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 118 times on various parts of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenia troops in one day, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on March 12.

Armenian armed units stationed in the villages Paravakar , Berkaber of Armenia’s Ijevan district, Voskevan village of Noyemberyan district, villages Mosesgegh, Chinari of Berd district fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces in the village Kohnagishlag of Azerbaijan’s Agstafa district, Gizilhajili, Gushchu Ayrim of Gazakh district, Alibayli, Agdam, Kokhanabi villages of Tovuz district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani positions located on nameless uplands of Gadabay district came under fire from Armenian positions located on nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Another ceasefire violation came from the positions located in Gulustan village of Goranboy district, Chilaburt, Goyarkh , Yarimcha villages of Terter district, Yusifjanli, Marzili, Novruzlu, Javahirli, Sarijali, Shuraaabad, Kangarli, Garagashli, Shikhlar, Bash Karvand, Namirli villages of Aghdam district, Kuropatkino of Khojavend district, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashaghi Seyidahmadli, Ashaghi Abdurrahmanli of Fizulu district, Mehdili of Jabrayil district, as well as in nameless uplands on Goygol, Goranboy, Khojavend, Fizuli and Jabrayil districts.


In consideration of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces inflicted 121 strikes on enemy positions.
