The amount of compensation allocated for the payment of a certain part of the salary of employees working in the areas affected by the pandemic in Azerbaijan (in order not to reduce jobs) has been determined.

Axar.az informs that, according to the Cabinet of Ministers, the "Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and, consequently, sharp fluctuations in world energy and stock markets have reduced the negative impact on the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, macroeconomic stability, employment and entrepreneurship in the country. It is reflected in the “Action Plan on the implementation of paragraph 10.2 of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 19, 2020 No. 1950” on a number of related measures.

Employees working for 300,000 people will be compensated 215 manat.
