If negotiations on the Söyüdlü gold deposit fail, 24 villages and the town of Vardenis will be in a difficult situation.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by "Graparak" newspaper.

"800 mine workers do not go to work after the incident. The Armenian leadership called on the population not to go to work for security reasons. They were told that talks were being held with Azerbaijanis. Employees were told that 30% of the field is under Armenian control and the rest is under Azerbaijani control, the newspaper said.

It should be noted that the Soyudlu-Zod field, in accordance with the borders of the Soviet era, covers 74% of the territory of Azerbaijan, and now our Army has taken control of this part.
