The annual salary of King Charles III of the United Kingdom and his family members has been revealed.
Axar.az, citing foreign media, reports that the primary source of income for King Charles III is the Sovereign Grant, which is paid annually.
"This is approximately $113 million. A similar amount is spent on maintaining property, staff salaries, and other planned palace expenses. The monarch receives funds for personal expenses from the Duchy of Lancaster — approximately $25 million annually. The monarch's wealth is currently estimated at $750 million.
King Charles' sister, Princess Anne, earns significantly less: since 1971, she has earned only $21 million. Additionally, former royal family member Prince Andrew used to receive around $330,000 annually. However, after being relieved of his royal duties, Charles' younger brother has had to live more modestly. This list previously included Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. However, since 2020, the couple has stopped receiving money from the royal family," the report states.
