Turkiye is pleased that Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached an agreement on a draft peace agreement.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the final statement of the meeting of the Turkish National Security Council, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

It was stated that the meeting reaffirmed expectations that the necessary conditions will be provided for the establishment of a final peace that will yield results in the interests of all actors in the region.
