The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ireland expressed its condolences to Azerbaijan regarding the accident of the passenger plane operating the Baku-Grozny flight belonging to AZAL on December 25.
Axar.az reports that this was written on the X page of the ministry.
We were saddened by the tragic crash of the "Azerbaijan Airlines" plane in Kazakhstan. We offer our deepest condolences to all those who have lost their loved ones. Our thoughts are with the families and relatives of the victims," the post said.
It should be noted that on December 25, the AZAL plane carrying out the Baku-Grozny flight was shot down by the Russian HHM systems in the sky of Grozny and was seriously damaged. The plane headed for Aktau crashed near the Aktau airport because it was not allowed to land. As a result of the accident, 38 of the 67 people on board died, and 29 survived.
