Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said these words in an interview with local television channels on January 7, when talking about the terrorist attack against the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Iran on January 27, 2023.

"First of all, for about 40 minutes, not a single police car approached there. However, it was in the center of the capital. The terrorist was immediately declared mentally ill the next day. However, any medical examination lasts several days. This person appeared in the media and gave an interview on the same day he committed terrorism. Two years have passed since that incident. To this day, that person has not been sentenced. All this shows that it was organized," the head of state pointed out.
