Yellow and orange warnings have been issued for windy weather expected in Baku, the Absheron Peninsula, and some regions on March 18-23.

A northwest wind will blow in Agstafa, Tovuz, Ganja, Goygol, Gazakh, Jeyranchol, Shamkir, Samukh, Gadabay, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Beylagan, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Gubadli, Agdam, Imishli, Salyan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Lankaran, Astara, Masalli, Mingachevir, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Oguz, Gabala, Zagatala, Balakan, Gakh, Shabran, Gusar, Siyazan, Khizi, Khachmaz, Agjabedi, Altiaghaj, Goychay, Agdash, Yevlakh, Tartar and Barda, according to the yellow warning, the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s.

Northwesterly winds will also blow in Jalilabad, Lerik, Yardimli, Neftchala, Dashkesan, Sheki, Goranboy, Gobustan, Kalbajar, Lachin and Zangilan, with wind speeds of 20.8-28.4 m/s, according to the orange warning.

Note: According to the orange warning, northwesterly winds will blow intermittently in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula from March 19 to 23, with wind speeds of 20.8-28.4 m/s.
