The completion of negotiations on the text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is an important step for the South Caucasus.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Omer Chelik, spokesman for Turkiye's ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP).

Chelik noted that from now on, changing laws or constitutional articles that stipulate territorial claims against Azerbaijan is also important for Armenia.
