The abolition of the OSCE Minsk Group is important.

Axar.az reports that Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this while speaking at an iftar event organized in Baku for ambassadors of Muslim countries.

Speaking about the processes taking place in the post-conflict period, the minister said during his speech that negotiations on the draft text of the bilateral Agreement on Peace and Interstate Relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia have been concluded. At the same time, our demand for the relevant amendment to the Armenian constitution regarding the elimination of territorial claims against our country to sign the agreement was once again emphasized. In this regard, the importance of the abolition of the OSCE Minsk Group and other relevant structures, which are no longer relevant, was also brought to attention.
