The Kremlin will not disclose the details of the upcoming phone call between President Vladimir Putin of Russia and President Donald Trump of the United States.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"We never do that; we never get ahead of things. Preparations are indeed underway for a conversation. However, as far as we understand, the contents of conversations between the two presidents should not be discussed beforehand. This is why we will not do that," the Kremlin spokesman told a briefing.

Peskov confirmed in response to a TASS question that Putin and Trump were expected to hold a phone call on Tuesday, March 18.

The US president told reporters earlier that he planned to hold a conversation with the Russian leader on Tuesday, focusing on territorial and infrastructural issues related to the Ukraine conflict.
