Azerbaijan U20 women claim first Euro win

Azerbaijan women's national under-20 basketball team claimed their first-ever victory in the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship Division B on their tournament debut.

Axar.az reports according to the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation, the team defeated Albania women's national under-20 basketball team 88-60.

Azerbaijan will play their final group-stage match against Greece women's national under-20 basketball team on July 6 at 6:45 p.m. Baku time.
