Axar.az informs that, the director of "Qarabag" Amrah Celikel said this while talking about the date when the "Imarat" stadium will be built and put into use in Aghdam.

It was stated that the construction of the arena will begin in 2023 and the construction works will be completed in 2026 in the "I State Program on the Great Return to the Territories Freed from Occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan", approved by the order signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Celikel, they were not given any official information about the date: "But we know that an arena will be built in Aghdam. We know that it will be a very big and modern stadium."

The club official said that they were also asked for their opinion on the design: "We received advice from our working group on technical issues - dressing rooms, other rooms, UEFA requirements. That is, we were involved in the issue. We gave all the necessary information."

The director said that it is too early to talk about the settlement of the "cool horses" in Aghdam:

"The main thing is that our lands have been liberated, our Aghdam has returned and our "Imarat" stadium will be rebuilt. This is the main point we will be happy about now."
