There will be a decree on Pele tomorrow

One of the main roads leading to the Maracana stadium in Rio de Janeiro will be named in honor of three-time world champion, Brazilian striker Pele.

Axar.az reports that the mayor of the city, Eduardo Paes, informed on his Twitter account.

"The western radial avenue surrounding Maracana will be named Pele Avenue, the decree will be published tomorrow," the mayor wrote.

It should be noted that Pele died on December 29 at the age of 82. The Brazilian is the only player to win the World Cup three times.
