UEFA has removed Arlind Sadiku, an Albanian journalist of Kosovar descent, from Euro 2024 for allegedly provoking Serbian fans.

Axar.az reports that before the group stage match against England (1-0 loss), the media worker made a gesture resembling the Albanian eagle during a live broadcast to Serbian fans.

"The journalist's accreditation has been revoked for unacceptable behavior during the Serbia-England match. He may be replaced by a colleague from the same organization for the remainder of the tournament," the statement said.
