Trump orders US flags at half-staff after school shooting

US President Donald Trump has ordered all flags in the country, including the White House and all public buildings, to be flown at half-staff until August 31.

Axar.az reports that this step was taken as a sign of respect for the victims of the school shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on August 27.

Also, according to the order, flags at US embassies, consulates, and other representative offices abroad were lowered to half-staff.

It should be noted that 3 people, including the perpetrator, died during a school shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

About 20 people were injured during the attack.
