The US Department of Homeland Security has suspended the process of signing a visa-free agreement with Argentina.

Axar.az reports, citing sources on the Axios portal.

It was reported that the ministry's decision surprised the Argentine delegation, which had already traveled to Washington to sign the document. As of now, it is impossible to agree due to the lack of one of the necessary signatures and the corruption scandal involving the country's President, Javier Miel.
