Georgian PM declines to respond to Zelensky criticism

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said that he does not consider it necessary to respond to criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Axar.az informs “I don’t want to get into a debate with Zelensky. He is the president of a country at war, and no matter what statement he makes, I don’t think it’s necessary to react to it,” Kobakhidze noted.

For reference, On September 24, Zelensky criticized the Georgian government, accusing it of being “dependent” on Russia. According to him, human rights and the European character of the state system in the republic are “shrinking.”
