Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a telephone conversation.

It was stated that during the telephone conversation, steps to be taken to maintain the ceasefire in Gaza and the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region were discussed.

Issues related to the implementation of the Declaration of Intent signed in Sharm el-Sheikh were also discussed.

In addition, views were exchanged on the processes in Syria, issues related to negotiations on Iran's nuclear program, and the course of the war between Russia and Ukraine.
