Macron vows to recover stolen items from Louvre

We will find the works and hold the perpetrators accountable.

Axar.az reports that French President Emmanuel Macron said this while commenting on the theft at the Louvre Museum.

“The theft at the Louvre is an attack on a treasure we value because it represents our history. Under the leadership of the Paris prosecutor’s office, we are making every effort everywhere to find them and are taking all necessary measures,” he said.

It should be noted that nine items from Napoleon’s jewelry collection were stolen from the Louvre Museum.
