Putin receives unofficial congratulations

Several leaders have congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on National Unity Day, although this was not mentioned in the protocol.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"This is not a national holiday. This is not mentioned in the protocol. Some countries have sent congratulations," he said.

Peskov also added that Trump was not among those who congratulated the Kremlin leader.
