Senate Democrats ready to end government shutdown

The Democratic group in the US Congress Senate is ready to vote with Republicans on a package of bills aimed at restoring the federal government.

Axar.az reports, citing sources from the Axios portal.

According to them, Democrats said on Sunday that they are ready to support a package of bills in the Senate that could end the government shutdown. The article notes that at least 10 Democrats are expected to support the bills in question during the procedural vote. Previously, Democrats refused to support Republican legislative initiatives in this direction.
