Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he will evaluate Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa based on his actions.
Axar.az reports that Netanyahu made this statement to Australian media in response to a question about Sharani’s meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.
“Will Syria be a peaceful country? Will it cleanse its army of jihadists? Will it establish a demilitarized zone adjacent to the Golan Heights? These are all conditions. We have also demanded that the Syrian authorities ensure the safety of the Druze. However, if these are achieved, then we can talk about the development of bilateral relations,” the Prime Minister said.
