Russia plans to produce 120,000 aerial bombs this year

Russia plans to produce up to 120,000 cheap and destructive aerial bombs this year.

Axar.az reports, citing Reuters and Ukrainian Military Intelligence Deputy Chief Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, that the invading country also intends to manufacture 500 new-model munitions with a range of 200 km by the end of the year.

The publication notes that Russia has significantly increased weapons production since launching its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, and its defense factories are currently working around the clock. However, details of its military production remain undisclosed and classified.

It is not possible to verify how many aerial bombs the invading state will produce in 2025.
