Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wants to meet with President Trump as soon as possible, even during Thanksgiving, to finalize a US-Ukraine agreement on the terms of ending the war.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andriy Yermak, to Axios.

He said that Zelensky wants to negotiate with Trump himself on the issue of territorial concessions.

"I hope that President Zelensky's visit will take place as soon as possible, because it will help President Trump continue his historic mission to end this war," Andriy Yermak added.

He noted that holding the meeting on the eve of the holiday could have a symbolic meaning.
