Belarus calls for cooperation despite EU tensions

Despite the European Union's open preparations for war, Belarus is a supporter of constructive cooperation.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Valery Revenko, head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Belarusian Ministry of Defense.

"We are trying to demonstrate that Belarus is committed to constructive cooperation, despite any difficulties or provocations. We invited almost all EU member states and the OSCE Secretariat to directly observe our "West-2025" exercises and clearly understand that we have a defense component. Most EU states rejected the invitation. Why? Because their policy is aimed at escalating the situation, preparing for war, and they do not hide it. Consequently, it is not in their interests to see how the realities unfold on our lands," Revenko said.
