Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in St. Petersburg open.

Axar.az reports that the meeting will begin in a limited format and then continue in an expanded format.

The participants of the meeting in St. Petersburg plan to discuss current issues related to the Eurasian Economic Union on Monday, determine guidelines for further deepening integration processes and the development of the union's single market, and approve a number of important documents and decisions. In particular, the signing of a Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and Indonesia is expected.
