The United States should resolve issues related to Greenland within NATO and refrain from diverting attention from the Ukraine crisis.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaya Kallas on X.

“We cannot allow our dispute to distract us from our main task — helping to end the war in Ukraine. If Greenland is under threat, we must resolve it within NATO,” Kallas said.

According to Kallas, US President Donald Trump’s announcement of tariffs on goods imported from eight European countries serves the interests of Russia and China:

“Tariffs could harm the shared prosperity of Europe and the US.”
