Power outage hits Murmansk for the third day

A large part of the Murmansk region of Russia has been without electricity for 3 days.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Russian press.

The governor of the Murmansk region, Andrei Chibis, said that a state of emergency has already been declared in the region.

"Despite working around the clock, Rosset specialists have not yet been able to restore power lines," Chibis said.
