Russia concedes to US position in Abu Dhabi trilateral talks

During the trilateral talks with the US and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi, the Russian side was forced to agree with Washington's position on territorial issues.

Axar.az informs that the Times reported this with reference to a Russian diplomat.

"At first, we were hoping to get some kind of commitment regarding territorial concessions, but in the end, we just had to agree with the Americans," the diplomat said.

It should be noted that the first trilateral talks between Russia, the U,S and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi took place on January 23-24. It is reported that a new round of negotiations will take place next week.
