Winter storm leaves 132,000 homes without power in US

In the United States, about 132,000 homes were left without power, and more than 12,000 flights were canceled due to a winter storm.

Axar.az reports, citing NBS News.

According to the report, 37 states, from Texas, Louisiana, and New York to the Midwest and Atlantic regions, are suffering from severe weather conditions. Three people have been reported dead in New York.

18 states have already declared a state of emergency.

Temperatures are expected to drop to minus 10 to 40 degrees.
