IRGC: 10 foreign intelligence agencies of fueled chaos in Iran

Ten foreign intelligence agencies are behind the “recent terrorist incidents” in Iran.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a declaration by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC/SEPAH).

The statement described the incidents as part of a failed “US-Israel plan” that threatens Iran’s territorial and national integrity.

It was claimed that after the 12-day war in June 2025, a foreign “control center” was established to create internal chaos, encourage military intervention, and mobilize groups considered a threat.

IRGC did not disclose the names of the intelligence agencies it accused.

It should be noted that mass protests began in Iran on December 28, 2025, due to economic conditions. The protests later turned into riots. According to official reports, 3,117 people died, while unofficial sources claim the death toll was much higher. Thousands of people were arrested.
