Putin–Zelensky meeting could happen soon

The Washington administration believes that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky could take place soon.

Axar.az reports that a US official told Axios about this.

According to the source, we are very close to a meeting between Putin and Zelensky:

"We think we are not far from that. If we continue to move forward on the current course, we will achieve it."

According to the portal, the US administration believes that the trilateral meeting held in Abu Dhabi (UAE) went better than Washington expected.
