Iran to submit draft proposal in days, says Araghchi

The United States did not demand that his country agree to "zero uranium enrichment" on its soil during talks in Geneva.

Axar.az informs this was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in an interview with MSNBC.

According to him, the discussions focused on measures that could prove to Washington that Iran's nuclear program is intended "solely for peaceful purposes."

"There is no military solution for Iran's nuclear program. That has been tested last year. There were a huge attack on our facilities. They killed and assassinated our scientists, but they couldn't kill our nuclear program.” he added.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump set a 10–15 day deadline for Tehran to reach a deal, warning of severe consequences amid a U.S. military buildup in the Middle East.
