Iran thanks Turkiye for support as tensions persist

"During these blessed days of Ramadan, the prayers and solidarity shown by our brotherly Turkish nation and the friendly Republic of Turkiye for the Iranian people are a great source of strength and moral support for us," Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on his X.

Axar.az reports Araghchi added "Iran will continue to firmly defend its sovereignty and the safety of its people. We believe that justice and peace will prevail."

"We sincerely thank you for your prayers and support," he continued.
