Iran says alleged 9/11 style plot planned to frame it

Iran’s National Security Council Secretary, Ali Larijani, said he has heard that the United States has allegedly planned an operation similar to the September 11 attacks, intended to blame Iran.

Axar.az reports, citing IRNA, Larijani emphasized that Iran opposes such terrorist plans and is not at war with the American people.

He added that Iran is currently defending itself in response to perceived attacks by the United States and Israel, maintaining strong and disciplined measures to counter aggressors.
