Peskov refuses to comment on claims Khamenei arrived in Moscow

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on reports that Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei had arrived in Moscow for medical treatment.

Axar.az reports “We do not comment on such reports,” Peskov said in response to a question during a briefing.

The claims were earlier reported by the Kuwaiti newspaper Al‑Jarida, citing sources.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry previously said the new leader was injured in the attacks but is in good condition.
