Former Azerbaijani midfielder takes key UEFA coaching role

Former Azerbaijani national team midfielder and veteran footballer Mirbagir Isayev has been appointed as the new head of UEFA’s Elite Coaching Project, the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) announced.

Axar.az informs Mirbagir Isayev played 10 matches and scored one goal for the Azerbaijani national team between 1994 and 1999.
