Strike damages Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan home

The residence of the parents of Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mojtaba Demirchilou, has been damaged in a missile strike.

Axar.az reports that the ambassador disclosed the incident in an interview with “Yeni Sabah,” noting that the attack targeted his parents’ home in Tehran.

He said that although the property sustained damage, his parents were not inside the house at the time of the strike.

Demirchilou also revealed that several of his relatives have been either killed or injured amid the ongoing conflict.
