UAE intercepts missiles and drones from Iran

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) air defense systems intercepted four ballistic missiles and 25 drones launched from Iran on March 22.

Axar.az informs according to the UAE Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the recent tensions, the country’s air defense forces have neutralized 345 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,773 drones.

The attacks have killed eight people—two military personnel and six civilians—including citizens of Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and Palestine.

The number of injured has reached 160, including nationals from approximately 30 countries.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that no casualties or injuries were reported in the past 24 hours.
