Bahrain bans use of drones until further notice

Bahrain has announced a complete ban on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) following recent attacks by Iran, citing its responsibility to maintain national security, public safety, and civil protection.

Axar.az reports that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior stated that “any drone used in violation of the ban will be intercepted and destroyed,” adding that “necessary legal measures will be taken against anyone who breaches the ban.”

The restriction will remain in effect until further notice.
