Russia: Conscripts excluded from special military operation

Russia has conscripted 135,000 people into the armed forces and other military formations, according to Vladimir Tsimlyansky, Deputy Head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the Russian General Staff.

Axar.az informs that the Ministry of Defense emphasized that conscripts will not be sent to units in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Kherson, or Zaporizhzhia, nor will they be involved in the execution of tasks for the special military operation.
