Floods in Dagestan leave 60,000 without electricity - Video

In Dagestan, flooding has left around 60,000 people without electricity.

Axar.az reports heavy rains affected the cities of Makhachkala, Derbent, and Dagestanskiye Ogni.

In Makhachkala, floodwaters inundated residential areas, submerging approximately 20 homes. Cars were also swept away in the streets.

Fourteen districts in Dagestan, including Makhachkala, experienced power outages. Rescue teams reportedly evacuated residents by boat.
