Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a message marking Army Day, praising the country’s armed forces and emphasizing continued military readiness.

Axar.az informs, citing Tasnim, this was stated in a congratulatory message by Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei on the occasion of Army Day.

“The Islamic Army is now courageously defending the land, water, and flag that belong to it, just as it did in the previous two imposed wars,” Khamenei said.

The Supreme Leader also stressed the importance of strengthening the armed forces.

“God willing, the necessary directives for the realization of this will be issued in the near future,” he added.
