Pezeshkian says blockades and threats block real talks

Iran has always welcomed negotiations, but breaches of commitments, blockade, and threats are hindering genuine talks.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated on his X account that: “The Islamic Republic of Iran has welcomed dialogue and agreement and continues to do so. Breach of commitments, blockade and threats are the main obstacles to genuine negotiations.”

He also added: “The world sees your endless hypocritical rhetoric and contradiction between claims and actions.”
