Ukraine warns Belarus against war involvement

“If Alexander Lukashenko wants to live to see retirement age, it would be better for him to keep silent,” said adviser to the Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podolyak.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, Podolyak warned that if Belarus provides military support to Russia or launches drones or missiles from its territory, Ukraine would consider Belarus an active participant in the war.

He also stated that Ukrainian forces are capable of striking key targets across the entire territory of Belarus, adding that escalation would lead to consequences for the country.

Podolyak further criticized recent statements by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, describing them as propaganda, and said Minsk should be cautious about escalating rhetoric or involvement in the conflict.
