Rosneft's Kuibyshev oil refinery halted processing

Russian oil producer Rosneft's Kuibyshev oil refinery halted oil processing on June 10 following a drone attack.

Axar.az informs, citing Reuters, oil processing was stopped at both primary crude distillation units at the plant — CDU-4 and CDU-5 — each with capacity of about 10,000 metric tons (73,000 barrels) per day, after the strike caused damage and subsequent fires.

It should be noted that the Kuibyshev refinery is owned by Rosneft and is one of the largest oil refining facilities in Russia’s Samara region.
