Ukraine strikes three bridges in Kherson region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked three bridges in Kherson region, Governor Vladimir Saldo said on Thursday.

Axar.az reports that according to the governor, during the night, the enemy attacked bridges over the North Crimean Canal in the areas of Preobrazhenka and Mirnoye, a road bridge on the Perekop–Armyansk route, as well as a bridge near the settlement of Stavki.

According to preliminary data, there is damage, and structural inspections are ongoing. The governor said information on transport movement and restoration timelines will be provided later.

According to Saldo, 45 strike drones were also destroyed over the region overnight.

On Wednesday night, the governor reported an attack on a bridge between Henichesk and the Arabat Spit, with traffic operating in a reversible mode. On Tuesday, he announced damage to the Chonhar bridge on the administrative border with Crimea, which was subsequently closed to traffic.
