Russia says Armenia uses Moscow to fund EU shift

Armenia views its relations with Russia as a means of securing financial support for its shift toward a European path.

Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova made the remarks.

“There is a persistent feeling that relations with Moscow are perceived in Yerevan as a kind of 'tactical' tool – for the financial support of a reorientation toward a European path,” she said.
